Other Information Sealed Quotation in one part is invited from eligible contractors for the following work:- Description of work- Repairing of break system & supply & lifting new wooden brake post 2 nos. of Narsamuda Colliery under Sodepur Area. Quotation documents including Bill of Quantity (BOQ), Terms and Conditions etc. can be obtained from the Office of the Area Engineer(E&M),Sodepur Area, PO: Sunderchak, Dist.: Burdhwan, PIN-713360, on any working day from18.03.2026 to 27.03.2026from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM on all working days and from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday. Quotation documents can also be downloaded from ECL website (www.easterncoal.nic.in) during above mentioned period. There is no application fee. Quotations can be submitted upto 01.00P.M. on28.03.2026 in the tender box kept in the Office of the Area Engineer(E&M),Sodepur Area. In the event of specified date of submission is declared a Holoday by employer, the bid will be received upto the appointed time on the next working day. The quotation offer will be opened on28.03.2026 at 04.00 P.M.at the office of Area Engineer(E&M) in the presence of the attending bidders or their authorized representatives whosoever chooses to be present in the office. In case of holiday on opening date, it will be opened on the next day at the same time and same place.
