Quotation documents including Bill of Quantity (BOQ), Terms and Conditions etc.can be obtained from the Office of the -, on any working day from19.07.2024 to 25.07.2024 from 10:00 AM to 17:00 PM on all working days and from 10:00 AM to 01:00 PM on Saturday.Quotationdocuments can also be downloaded from ECL website (www.easterncoal.nic.in) during above mentioned period. There is no application fee.
Quotationscan be submitted upto 26.07.2024 at 10:00A.M. on-in the tender box kept in theOffice of the AE (Civil), Mugma Area., PO: Mugma, Dist.: Dhanbad, PIN-828204. In the event of specified date of submission is declared a Holiday by employer, the bid will be received upto the appointed time on the next working day.
The quotation offer will be opened on26.07.2024 at 11:00 A.M. at the office of Office of the AE (Civil), Mugma Area., PO: Mugma, Dist.: Dhanbad, PIN-828204in the presence of the attending bidders or their authorized representatives whosoever chooses to be present in the office. In case of holiday on opening date, it will be opened on the next day at the same time and same place.
