Other Information Sealed quotations are invited from experienced contractors for execution of the above mentioned works:- Name of Work: Roof bolt for roof support along by pass drift main Incline to R-V 19D of Khottadih Colliery. The Quotation papers including BOQ and BSD format will be issued free of cost to the interested contractors during the office hours from 16/07/2025 to23/07/2025 on written application. 4. i. (a) Issue of Tender document; :- Begin on 16/07/2025& Closes on 23/07/2025 Issue/sale up to 10.00a.m. working days except on Sunday and holidays). (b) Place of issue of Tender document: Office of the Agent, Khottadih U/G Colliery . (c) Date & time of submission of Tender:- On 24/07/2025 Form 10.00a.m. to 12.00 noon. (d) Place of submission Tender:- At the office of Agent, Khottadih Colliery. (e) Date & Time of opening of Tender: On 24/07/2025 at the office of the Agent, Khottadih Colliery at 3 pm. if the Office happens to be closed on date of opening of tender as specified, the tenders will be opened on next working day at the Same time and venue.
