Sealed tenders are invited in single stage single envelope/cover system. The invitation for bid is open to all bidders, including an individual, proprietorship firm, partnership firm, company and any legal entity having eligibility to participate as per eligibility stipulated in the NIT.

Tender Documents should be submitted in the Sealed Tender Box, in Single Part, i.e., Technical Bid & Price Bid both in the same covered & sealed envelope, mentioning Enquiry Ref. No. and Date on the cover, on or before27.05.2024upto13:00 Hrs in the office of the Agent, ROCP and will be opened on 27.05.2024 itself at 16:30 Hrs in front of the Tender Committee Members and Tenderers or their authorized representatives, if present, in the Office of the Agent,ROCP, Mugma Area, ECL. In case of Sunday/holiday on opening date of tender it will be open on next working day.
Tender documents will be available from date of publication to 13.05.2024up to27.05.2024 till 12:30 pm and can be downloaded from ECL tender website: http://tenders.secureloginecl.co.in/ and will be accepted as original document.
