Other Information Sealed Quotation in one part is invited from eligible contractors for the following work:- Description of work- CONSTRUCTION OF 02 NOS OFTUGGER FOUNDATION ONE AT 16ED/3L-4L AND OTHER IN THE 4EL FAULT DEV.DIST. IN SRIPUR(R-VI) SEAM OF METHANI COLLIERY. Quotation documents including Bill of Quantity (BOQ), Terms and Conditions etc. can be obtained from the Office of the Agent Mithani CollierySodepur Area, PO: Mithani, Dist.: Paschim Burdwan, PIN-713371, on any working day from01.11.25 to 05.11.25from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on all working days and from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday. Quotation documents can also be downloaded from ECL website (www.easterncoal.nic.in) during above mentioned period. There is no application fee. Quotations can be submitted upto 01.00P.M. on06.11.2025 in the tender box kept in the Office of the Agent Mithani Colliery Sodepur Area. In the event of specified date of submission is declared a Holoday by employer, the bid will be received upto the appointed time on the next working day. 5.The quotation offer will be opened on06.11.2025 at 03.00 P.M.at the office of Agent Mithani Colliery in the presence of the attending bidders or their authorized representatives whosoever chooses to be present in the office. In case of holiday on opening date, it will be opened on the next day at the same time and same place.
